This historic Geelong pub has recently seen the refurbishment of a new upstairs restaurant called 2 Noble plus is about to open a French inspired Steak Restaurant called – Eileen’s (named after former owner Eileen Clatworthy).
Paul and his father have bought and sold many pubs over the years but the sale of the iconic Lorne Hotel a few years ago was a game changer for the pair. The sale broke all records and in this episode we talk through how the sale happened and how much the hotel actually sold for.
