The Geelong office first opened in Geelong in 1983, and has 40 years of residential, industrial, commercial and rural valuation history in Geelong, Bellarine and Victoria’s Surf Coast region. In 2009, under the leadership of Managing Director, Gareth Kent, the office joined the international Preston Rowe Paterson group.
We service the Greater Geelong, Surf Coast, Golden Plains and Bellarine Peninsula regions, providing quality property valuation and consultancy services to a broad range of clients for a variety of purposes. We also have accredited water specialist and plant and equipment Valuers on our team.
